Health promotion and disease prevention in the family: articles that address strategies for health promotion and disease prevention in the context of the family, such as family health education, prevention of chronic diseases in the family, promotion of healthy habits in the family, among others.
Family health policies and programs: articles that analyze health policies and programs that affect the family, such as maternal and child health policies, support programs for family caregivers, work-family reconciliation policies, among others.

The journal maintains its editorial independence and the review and selection processes of the articles are carried out objectively and based on scientific and ethical quality criteria, without any external interference. This guarantees the impartiality and integrity of the publication process of the journal, ensuring the quality and rigor of the published content.

Following the best editorial practices and in accordance with the principles of publication ethics established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Journal of Boletín Semillero de Investigación en Familia makes the following ethical statement:

Reviewers and editors must carry out objective and fair evaluations and not compromise the quality and reliability of the published content.
